　　福建省海外人才中心（以下简称"中心"）是福建省人事厅和中国海峡人才市场的下属企业。自1992年以来一直从事国际间人才交流与培训，为出国及回国人员提供咨询及系列服务工作，组织人员赴境外留学、劳务、（团组）考察、研修、移民等。1997年初，省人事厅和省公安厅批准中心承办对外研修（留学）。2000年1月，中心经国家教育部批准成为全国首批承办自费出国留学合法中介服务机构之一。

　 在硬件建设方面，公司目前在福建人才大厦六层办公（位于福州市东大路36号）。随着现代化信息网络技术的发展，公司配备了先进的电脑软硬件设施和专业技术人员。内部管理上采用自动化OA管理系统，实现无纸化办公，大大提高了工作绩效。
